Look out for the Camp Series. They will be ready shortly.

the sender
There are no clues to the identity of JWH, if it is JWH and not IWH which is a possibility.
the recipient
It is not possible to identify Miss A R Mallett with 100% accuracy but it is probably Azubah Rhoda Mallett (1885-1964) Azubah was the daughter of Alfred Augustus Mallett (1863-1929) and Rhoda Fuller (1862-1952). Alfred was a clerk by profession. Azubah was born in Norfolk. The family moved to Lincolnshire before moving to York where Alfred worked In one of the chocolate businesses. Azubah was a schoolmistress. In 1933 Azubah, aged 48, married John Thomas Crumbie (1865-1943) an engineering foreman at a chocolate business in York. This was John's second marriage having previously been married to Matilda Loader (1862-1923) with whom he had four children.

what the card says to us
The picture on the card shows a painting of a water mill and has a quote from William Wordsworth (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Wordsworth) which reads "the clacking mill that broke the murmuring streams". It is not the only postcard that carries this quote.
The message is intriguing. What is the Camp Series? Whatever they are, they are nearly ready.
