In 1892, aged 25, Ada married George Milton (1853-?). On the marriage record George is described as a Fruit Grower.
In 1941 Ada, aged 74, was resident in Jersey during the German occupation.

what the card says to us
The picture shows a painting of two young people dancing. There is glitter applied to some of the edges in the picture. The clothes of the couple suggests that they are German, or Swiss or Austrian. There does not appear to be a connection to Jersey. There is however a mention of a “little jig” in the message and so perhaps the dancing has some significance.
The other fact from the message is that it is Rose’s birthday.
