what to card says to us
The picture shows the Main Street in Corbridge which is where the card was posted.
It is 1905 and Albert and Isabella are both 19 yeas old. For some unknown reason Albert has gone to Corbridge from his home in Benwell which is 2 miles closer than Newcastle. He arrived at 10 and had to buy his own breakfast.
6 years later they were married.
