the sender
There are no clues to the identity of DS. If it is DS? Whoever it is, they had terrible handwriting.
the recipient
There are two candidates for the identity of Miss Soppet, sisters Amy (1864-1950) and Evelyn M (1867-1956). The spelling of Evelyn's name is inconsistent across the records.
The sisters were the daughters of William Soppet (1838-?) and Elizabeth Honeyman Wright (1842-1882). Neither sister married.
The Soppet family is a bit of a puzzle. William and Elizabeth married in 1863. Their daughters were born soon afterwards but the family do not appear in the 1871 census. However, a son, Horner Wakefield Soppet was born in 1871 in New Zealand. By 1881, the family are back in England living with Elizabeth's sister. William is not present and does not reappear.
There is an untold story here.

what the card says to us
The picture is of an unidentified house. It appears to have a flag pole in the front garden. Maybe it has some significance to the sender or the recipient.
The handwriting is poor. The message does not contain anything remarkable.
