what the card says to us

The picture shows a view of Tintern Abbey in Monmouthshire (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tintern_Abbey). It does not appear to have any connection to the message or the family.

The message is that William has been around Regents Park and Hampstead, which are quite near to each other. Why he was doing this is not clear. As he is a House Painter and Decorator, it is possible that he was looking for work. Was there a lot of building going on?

And why was this the subject of a postcard?

The nice thing about this card is that William and Agnes married.
