the recipient
Ada Maud Leask (1879-1969) was the daughter of William John Leask (1847-1898) and Annie Dunbar (1848-?). When this card was sent Ada was 28 years old. In 1911 she is in the census as living with her widowed mother and working as a ledger clerk for a lamp manufacturer. Her sister Florence Annie Leask (1874-1958) and her brother Leonard Arthur Thomas Leask (1889-1971)are also living at home, one a general clerk for a mining company and the other a church organist. In 1891 William, their father, is listed as a Railway Clerk.

what the card says to us
The picture on the card is labelled Minster Church which is confusing because a minster is a particular type of church. However this label actually refers to the church in Minster-In-Thanet, a village near Ramsgate. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minster-in-Thanet)
The card itself is a simple update on the weather in Ramsgate in July 1907 and it was cold.
