This is the third card in the Cruttenden Collection.

The picture shows Beeding Tower in Sussex. Today, the towers are topped with copper cone shaped roofs and the building is a private convent school. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Towers_Convent_School)

The message itself seems somewhat redundant and gives nothing away.

Presumably the card was kept because of the picture.
