the message
“Hope you all well as we are at present
J Jones”
the sender
There are no clues as to the relationship between J Jones and the recipient. The recipient’s grandmother is Mary Jones (1835-1904) but the indications are that she was an orphan.
the recipient
There are two possible recipients. Annie Mabel Pugh (1893-1965) and Edith Mary Pugh (1895-1973) were the daughters of Henry James Wallace Pugh (1862-1921) and Mary Emma Peate (1862-1922). Henry was a Solicitor. Neither of the sisters married and neither did their brother Cyril Henry Wallace Pugh (1889-1973), also a Solicitor, with whom they are living in 1939.

what the card says to us
The picture shows St Michaels church in Aberystwyth which is where the card was posted. The church was built in 1890 which means it was only 20 years old when the picture was taken
The message is quite mundane. It gives no clue as to whether J Jones was a resident of Aberystwyth or was visiting.
