the sender
There are no clues to the sender's identity. The signature is not legible. They are on holiday in Burnham-On-Sea, staying at Mrs B's.
The recipient
Elizabeth Kieser nee Pinnock (1842-1919) was the daughter of John Pinnock (1792-1858) and Jane Dibbins (1806-1873) . John was a coach joiner by trade.
In 1869 Elizabeth married Jacob Henry Kieser (1831-1901). Prior to her marriage she was working as a laundress. Jacob was born in Wortemberg, Germany and had come to England where he became a Turkish bath proprietor in Torquay. They had three children who were all naturalised as British citizens, with their father, in 1887.

what the card says to us
The picture is a beautiful black and white shot of life on the promenade at Burnham-on-Sea in 1912. It is spoiled by an intrusive postmark.
In 1912, WW1 was still two years away. It must have been difficult to be German born, despite naturalisation, in England during the war, even in the West Country.
The message also tells us that the King and Queen (George V and Mary) were visiting Bristol in June 1912. And that the weather in Burnham was good on the whole.
