Katie Bennett Penwarden (1896-1988) was the daughter of Richard Penwarden (1867-1928) and Lucy Ann Bennett (1868-1952). Richard worked at the Bull Point Naval Armament Depot in Devonport.
In 1916 Katie married Albert Arundel Seccombe (1893-1982) who was an Electrical Wireman. They has two children.
