what the card says to us
The picture shows a view of Newmarket, Suffolk which is an important centre for horse racing in the UK. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newmarket,_Suffolk). The fact that it involves horses because the other Lilian Blencowe card mentioned above also has horses in the picture.
Lilian is 4 years old. She obviously enjoys receiving postcards as she seems to be used as a vehicle for communicating with her parents.
The card has two postmarks. Both on the same day. Bottisham must have been very small. Cambridge was much bigger.
