Unfortunately the signature does not resemble a recognisable name. Presumably it was obvious to the recipient. It looks like Jallie.
the recipient
The card is addressed to Miss Polly Jordan. Polly is a diminutive form of Mary. Mary Louisa Jordan lives at the address on the card. For more information about Mary Louisa and her family, follow this link to another card sent to the Jordan family.

what the card says to us
The picture is Buckingham Palace, home of the British monarch. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buckingham_Palace) Today it is Queen Elizabeth II, but in 1905 it was her Great Grandfather Edward VII (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_VII).
This is a typical London tourist postcard. The message refers to the Abbey which is presumably Westminster Abbey (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westminster_Abbey) another prominent London attraction.
The message is faded because is appears to be in pencil. The handwriting is poor with some words indecipherable.
The Will referred to might well be Mary Louisa's brother William Darling Jordan (1856-1926).
